The Ultimate Guide to Feeding Picky Eaters

The question I get asked most often is, “How do I get my picky child (or, sometimes, partner) to try more foods and eat healthier in general?” People who follow my Facebook wellness page and see the pictures of the foods I prepare for my family and the lunches I send to school with my three daughters frequently ask what I do to encourage my girls to “eat all that healthy stuff.” Well, I would like to offer you some tips based on my knowledge of human behavior and real-world work with children, adolescents, and families, as well as my personal experience with my own kiddos, on how to help your cautious eaters become more adventurous at mealtime.
